Return & Refund Policy

At Fevas Market, we want our customers to shop with confidence. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our return and refund guidelines below.

 

  1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The item you received is damaged, defective, or not as described.
  • You received the wrong item.
  • You changed your mind within the allowed return window(see below), and the item is still in new condition.

Customers may request a return within 7 days after receiving their order.
(Some product categories may have different return windows.)

 

  1. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened beauty & personal care products
  • Food items (perishable goods)
  • Underwear and intimate clothing
  • Digital products or services
  • Items marked “Final Sale”

 

  1. Condition of Returned Items

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
  • All tags, accessories, manuals, and invoices must be included.

If your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment methodor as store credit, based on your choice.
  • Refunds may take 3–7 business daysto process after approval.

 

  1. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for:

  • Wrong size
  • Wrong color
  • Defective items

Exchanges depend on product availability. If the item is unavailable, a refund will be provided.

 

  1. Return Shipping Costs
  • If the return is due to Fevas Market’s mistake(wrong item, damaged item), return shipping is free.
  • If the return is because the customer changed their mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
